Terms of Service
Last updated: 28.09.2026
These terms govern your use of Theyine's products: BlokMate, QR Menu, Virtual Try-On and AI Video Studio. Using any of them means you accept these terms.
1. About Theyine
Theyine is operated by Emrah Turgaylı, an individual based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Bulgarian law applies (see section 10).
2. Products
BlokMate — a platform for managing buildings/residential complexes: dues tracking, announcements, maintenance requests.
QR Menu — QR-based menus, campaigns, reservations, orders and event RSVP for restaurants.
Virtual Try-On — AI-generated on-model product photography for online stores.
AI Video Studio — AI-assisted video content creation.
3. Account and use
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential. Using the services for unlawful purposes, sending spam, or attempting unauthorized access to the system is prohibited.
A BlokMate manager is responsible for the accuracy of the building and resident information they enter.
4. Pricing and billing
Current pricing for each product is shown on the relevant page of the site or agreed individually on contact. We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice to existing customers.
5. Payments
Online payments are processed through our licensed payment provider, Stripe. We do not store card data on our own servers.
Online dues payment in BlokMate is currently in a pilot/testing phase. The terms covering payment processing will be updated before this feature goes live.
6. Cancellation and refunds
For one-off services (e.g. an AI competitor analysis report, project work): cancellation is possible before work begins; once work has started, payment is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For subscription plans: you may cancel your subscription at any time; already-paid periods are not refunded pro-rata, except where we've caused a proven technical failure.
For a specific payment dispute, write to hello@theyine.com — we review each case individually.
7. Intellectual property
The code, design and Theyine brand remain the property of Emrah Turgaylı. Content you upload (product photos, logos, building data) remains yours — you grant us a license to process it solely to provide the service.
8. Limitation of liability
Services are provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep them running continuously but do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted operation at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Theyine is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
9. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violation of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement falls under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Bulgaria.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated as our products evolve. Continued use of the services after a change means acceptance of the new terms.
